Inner West Sydney | Casuals
We are currently looking for: Passionate and caring individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.Ability to adapt to changing environments and execute care plansExperience in providing client-centered care Possesses incredible emotional intelligence, adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, and passion for working with individuals with disabilities. Offered benefits include fair pay, training and support, and flexible work-life balance. Experience and passion in providing mental health support and understanding the challenges of individuals with a psychosocial disability. Good communication and active listening skills to adapt to individual needs and resolve any issuesAbility to work independently, thrive in challenging environments, and make positive human connections Must also have: The right to live and work in Australia Current First Aid qualification/ certificate (or willingness to obtain) Current CPR qualification/ certificate (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) NSW Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Full Drivers Licence Own car with comprehensive insurance Strong communication skills Competency at using IT / required applications on smart phone Great to have: Experience working in the disability sector Certifcate III or IV in Disability, or similar qualifications. Confidence and ability to drive a van (automatic transmission/ normal licence)
